At Kustomarie, we take pride in delivering your gift boxes promptly. Here's how we handle shipping & delivery:

Australia-only shipping: Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within Australia. We apologise to our international friends and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 3-5 business days to process your order. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Custom orders require a minimum turnaround of 10 business days to quote, confirm, source products, curate, and dispatch your box. Shipping time is additional.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by our carrier based on factors including your order's total value, weight, and destination.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/public holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of our trusty shipping team.
