How does your custom gifting service work?
It’s simple:
1. You tell us who the gift is for, the occasion, and a few details about their interests.
2. We design a personalised gift concept and send you a tailored quote.
3. Once approved, we curate, pack, and deliver the box to you or directly to the recipient.
What information do you need from me?
Just the basics, such as who the gift is for, the occasion, a little insight into what they love and delivery dates. We’ll take it from there.
What is the starting price for a custom gift box?
Our custom gifting service starts at $150, which includes full curation. From there, the budget is tailored to your preferences and the products selected.
How long does the process take?
We require a minimum turnaround of 10 business days to quote, confirm, source products, curate, and dispatch your box. Shipping time is additional.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, but if you're in a rush, we also have express options available for an additional cost.
When will I receive my quote?
You’ll hear from us within 24–48 hours with your personalised quote.
Do I need to source or assemble anything myself?
Not at all! We handle everything from start to finish, saving you time, multiple shop visits, and the mental load of gift-giving.
What occasions do you create gifts for?
We create thoughtful gifts for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day as well as kids’ party bags, team celebrations, and client thank-yous.
Can I see examples of past gift boxes?

Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to Australia. We apologise to our international friends and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. However we always want you to be fully satisfied with your order so please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will see if theres any opportunity for change. Unfortunately, once the order is in the hands of our trusty shipping team, no amendments will be available.
What if I don't absolutely love my purchase?
As all our boxes are carefully curated, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, please still get in touch with us and we'll see if there is any opportunity to fix the problem. Your 100% satisfaction is our priority!
